To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偷得浮生半日閒。有機會到流浮山食海鮮。好幸運有公共泊車位。停好車便直去龍如酒家。每次來都係呢間。服務員態度好,有魚湯送。唔係話其他唔好。只係唔想週圍試。今次三款都係貝類。三種做法:蟶子皇就豉椒汁,元貝就蒜蓉粉絲蒸,鮑魚當然係果皮豉汁蒸。特別讚元貝,真係大大粒厚身,好正。都算入味。但粉絲白潺潺有點失色,要自己撈汁,扣分。鮑魚雖然正常,但果皮咬唔開要吐出來,亦無果皮味。又係有點失望。整體配料質量、做法一般,但無損海鮮味道,一碗飯好快食完。結賬要573港圓。正常價格。

以前來流浮山都係食海灣,自從海灣執咗就試吓新嘢,撞咗入呢間龍如洒家。門面都乾淨企理。叫了炸生蠔,兩隻奄仔蟹,三隻大南非鮑,鼓油皇大蝦。九百幾蚊埋單,包埋送魚湯同埋椰汁糕和飯後果橙。三個人食價錢唔算非常貴,但係感覺真心差,奄仔百一蚊一隻,用鹽焗,但係有一隻係無膏嘅,鮑魚用嚟做薑蔥鮑魚煲,煮出嚟已經唔靚,d汁一大pat,三隻都係超靭,好明顯係唔新鮮。我食咗鮑魚幾十年,好清楚係死鮑魚至係咁嘅質地。以後唔會再幫襯。

龍如酒家係朋友介紹,山長水遠嚟到流浮山緊係食海鮮 。撇除海鮮嘅質素,其實海鮮新鮮就間間都好食,最主要係食佢哋師傅煮嘢食火喉同調味 。1)豉椒炒蜆唔記得係蜆定花甲,炒得好野味 。乾淨無沙 。2)龍如脆腩唔記得咗係咪呢個名不過朋友點名話要試佢哋嘅魚腩,我本身麻麻食魚,但係佢整得好香口,連骨都可以食埋 。3)薑蔥花蟹整體嚟講佢啲海鮮都好新鮮,唔係水蟹,啲肉都好實淨 。4)清蒸陳皮鮑魚唔係南非鮑,肉質都軟熟同滑 。5)椒鹽瀨尿蝦佢地加左大量洋蔥,又幾好食,調味又唔會過咸 。6)腐乳炒通菜,正常一個炒菜 。本身想點埋佢地豆腐滾湯,不過佢哋當日話豆腐變壞咗所以無緣佢地滾湯 。其實豆腐好容易係出面臨急買到,但係佢地都寧願唔做,相信佢哋對品質都抱有要求 。
