今日係上環呢頭搵到呢間隱世串燒鋪,佢入面座位唔多,但格局顯得呢度係隱世食店一樣,佢呢度主打雞嘅串燒,選用咗備長炭嚟燒,果然係打住世界第一嘅級數名號嚟做!我哋揀咗唔同雞嘅部位串燒嚟試,有呢個雞腎,燒得好爽口,唔洗點加配料,鹽燒已經好夠惹味,食得出係好新鮮。另外有呢個雞頸肉,啲雞肉好滑,一啲都唔會覺得肥膩。雞全翼賣相燒得好靚,真係睇得出師傅嘅功力,雞皮焦香,但內裡雞肉仲係好嫩滑,好多汁!仲有個免治雞肉,啲醬汁同蛋香撈埋一齊食簡直一流~除咗雞之外,我哋都仲有點咗呢個牛舌,呢個係我食過最好食嘅牛舌之一,入口有陣陣嘅牛香奶香味,好爽口,仲有配搭埋啲黑椒嘅調味!另外點咗個黑豚五花腩蘆筍卷,啲蘆筍吸收曬五花腩啲油香,食落又唔會太膩,呢個配搭好fresh!全晚重頭戲係點咗呢份網燒牛肉,份量好夠,絕對兩個人份量,配搭埋呢個原粒芥末同柚子胡椒嘅醬,好重牛香,一啲都唔鞋。另外個銀鱈魚都一定要試,燒得好香口,啲魚肉好嫩滑,配埋啲沙律醬,真係越食越開胃!我哋都有叫咗啲主食嚟配埋一齊食,點咗個滑蛋雞肉飯同稻庭烏冬嚟試,烏冬好滑個湯底都好新鮮,而個雞肉飯就蛋香一流!
