中環天婦羅🍤由日式師傅主理估唔到係坐無虛席,環境優雅雖然有一個好大嘅炸爐,但都不會有油煙!桌上已準備有幾款唔同嘅鹽有海藻鹽,最令我印象深刻嘅就係松露鹽❣️花竹蝦師傅用兩款炸漿的方法,厚少少的炸漿用天婦羅醬汁,蝦肉超級爽口彈牙,而薄嘅一款可以沾上海藻鹽北海道帶子亦都係令人經驗嘅其中一道配上青檸汁再加埋中間鮮甜嘅帶子,外脆內軟既口感好好食!金目鯛配上柚子蘿蔔蓉肉質柔嫩,淡淡的柚子香氣又能夠提鮮蟹肉蟹膏茶碗蒸好香嘅蟹味,滑嘟嘟!魚子醬海膽配天婦羅海苔呢個超級正!賣樣超精緻,海膽也是creamy 🧡天婦羅炸番薯同埋日本柿日本柿超甜,估唔到有炸過既柿口感好好!最後簡左松露蛋蘭王蛋飯配上特製醬汁,好好食😍最後配埋抹茶栗子雪糕大滿足💛
