To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

必食冷鍋酸菜魚 Large $338+1******************************4個人食嗌加大鍋啱啱好👍🏻鐘意捌壹壹嘅酸菜魚好似打邊爐咁有電磁爐熱住個鍋啖啖都熱辣辣😍酸菜魚鍋一上枱好香酸菜同花椒味酸辣味調得好正好啱我口味魚片又厚又大塊又冇骨而且一啲魚皮都冇！覺得魚皮好核突嘅我表示好開心😂鍋底有大量配料最正係薯粉 掛左酸菜湯汁勁好食🤤***其實仲有嗌其他嘢食不過食酸菜魚食得太開心其他全部唔記得影相😂只想記錄返少爺炒飯好好食😍
