To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七夕雖然無情人但係都要食返餐好既慶祝一下喺圓方行完街街用哂所有精力真係餓到不得了近近地去咗百樂潮州食晚餐每一次嚟食飯一定叫鵝片同鵝肝《滷水鵝肝拼鵝片》鵝片切得厚薄適中嫩滑得來又夠淋滷得入味鵝肝滑溜油潤又Creamy 我自己食晒一份都一啲唔覺漏每一次去都keep到相同嘅水準👍👍《香菇燉花膠湯》個湯好香菇味花膠都算大塊不過唔夠喉《脆皮炸乳鴿》肉味香濃有汁但炸得無平時咁脆皮《蒜子上湯浸娃娃菜》個菜落重瑤柱好香甜最鍾意娃娃菜切碎更入味《糖醋伊麵》呢個麵做甜品一流⋯放到最後食都仲係好外脆內軟
