To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超多謝billy哥哥選了這麼decent的餐廳來歡送我,Ammo位於英國文化協會對上,我以前很小的時候曾在這裡學英文,所以走著這條路有點點熟悉的感覺!餐廳自然採光,外面有樹有流水,十分清幽!一上桌的麵包新鮮岀爐,又熱又香!頭盤是鵝肝,世界級好味,用粗鹽調味再配以酸醃梨,擺在麵包上真是很開胃!超好味,印象勁深。餐湯小酸,白西蘭花切開一半像雲朵,賣相精緻,入口creamy!! 主菜是stuffed turkey,份量飽到令人懷疑人生,絕對不是一般fine dining的main像一陣風。調味超正,配菜超夾,成件事非常decent,肉質ok。最後的檸檬吉士撻,偏甜,但配以伴碟微酸蘋果蓉,竟岀奇地夾!而份量又不小,是個豐富的結束!
