你知不知道 Cobo House係由連續兩年榮獲「亞洲最佳甜點師」Janice Wong主理,所以黎到呢度一定要叫甜品! Signature Pop Mountain ($188) 🌽 ,用上自家製粟米雪糕配上爆谷砌成的爆谷山 ,上桌後灑上喜馬拉雅粉紅鹽。食落有香濃粟米味﹐味道甜而不膩帶點鹹味。而家去美心買個普通蛋糕都唔只呢個價,雪糕蛋糕就更加貴,所以呢個栗米爆谷雪糕山都真係幾抵食 !
