呢個湯真係非常、非常、非常鮮甜!係由野生雲南松茸帶出濃濃嘅甜味,好啱鍾意飲菇湯嘅朋友。其次要讚嘅係個底用左豆腐襯托,而且係經師傅細心一刀刀一小小係個面切絲,刀功細膩,放落湯入面簡直係味覺及視覺衝擊

🔅燕麥|桃膠|角瓜🔅
燕麥加上特別調配嘅醬汁味道有點似燕麥加忌廉嘅味道,再加上桃膠一齊食成件事非常滑溜進補

🔅醬烤|菜花|千層土豆🔅
玫瑰花及芝麻汁混合而成,顏色鮮紅,灑上椰菜花扒上都幾靚及入味,夠創意;土豆亦炸得鬆脆

🔅粉蒸|野菜|陳村粉🔅
醬汁由狀元紅及辣椒混合而成,亦有薯仔、粟米及蓮藕作伴,配陳村粉食幾有嚼勁,食落帶有點點麻辣,都幾過癮

🔅桂花|雪燕🔅
由高海拔雪膠製成,桂花做底,質感細膩,帶有桂花嘅清新鮮甜,以呢個味道作結真係一流。店員仲話如果有需要可以寫字係隻碟都得架
