To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五放工之後同老公去屋企附近既隨心食晚飯。食物唔錯之外，服務態度亦唔錯。海鮮喇沙粉底係米粉同瀨粉兩溝，可以同時間食到唔同既口感，喇沙湯底幾好味，有椰香，又唔會好辣，配料都好足，有蝦、帆立貝、魚片、蟹柳、蛋、豆卜、芽菜，好豐富。檳城海鮮炒飯上碟熱辣辣，連隻碟都係熱架。炒飯夠乾身，唔會痴埋一舊，海鮮切到細細舊，令到你每啖都食到唔同既配料。飲品叫左熱桂花紅茶同凍雪梨茶(少冰)。桂花紅茶茶味好濃，雪梨茶夠清甜。
