To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去完鰂魚涌行山,大家行到攰就想去醫下肚,見到附近都有幾多餐廳,東南亞菜心癮起,所以就走左入去呢間餐廳到試下啦。我地兩個女仔都唔食得太多,所以都無叫太多餸。我地叫左個海南雞飯,新加坡肉骨茶同埋小食拼盤。先講海南雞飯,海南雞無骨又好滑,雞味都幾濃,再點唔同既醬料,包括豉油, 薑蔥, 同埋辣椒醬,每種唔同醬料都能夠將雞味帶出,真係唔錯,不過唔知美中不足既係覺得飯既油香唔夠多,同埋唔夠黃,食落偏乾身,不過都尚算唔錯。另外,之前因為通常食開馬來西亞肉骨茶,所以就試下新加坡版。新加坡肉骨茶好重白胡椒味,食落去喉嚨會覺得有點哽,不過唔知食多幾啖就慣左,飲落去都幾刺激,肉咬落去會偏乾身,不過胡椒味都幾入味。最後,我地叫左個小食拼盤,呢味餸都幾抵食,有海蜇雞絲,黃金豆腐,話梅番石榴,仲有沙律,其中對海蛪雞絲同話梅番石柚印象最深刻,前者雞絲好滑亦帶有好重麻油香,而番石榴可以當飯後甜品解雞絲之油膩感,感覺十分match!
