To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有人話東涌係美食沙漠,其實自從東薈城的新一期開幕後,我覺得都幾多選擇,只係價錢比較貴D。今次要推介呢間泰國菜,食物質素整體80分以上,而且環境舒適。今日有小朋友想坐得舒服就揀左呢間餐廳,嗌左幾個泰菜,都幾好食。冬陰公有兩隻大蝦,足料夠四個人一人一碗,味道濃郁!必試菠蘿炒飯,勁大碟,有件大菠蘿仲細心切粒,飯炒得夠乾身幾好食牛油雞翼見係推介就嗌來試下,真係幾好食,好多蒜粒,不過太貴了,得四隻。木瓜魷魚沙律好出色,味道正宗,但十分之辣,職員仲話呢個菜唔辣?真奇怪環境雖然幾好,但我覺得暗了一點。
