To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

,比美得起中菜廳食到既火鑊炒飯級別,等待期間已穩約聽到👂廚房爐頭火鑊既炒聲,炒飯粒粒分明,🔥火鑊味道非常香口,黑椒味十足,再來系牛肉香味+幾分辣感,
真系食到底都仲想end call既滋味,價錢連味道比對,呢個炒飯堅物超所值😍!

整體來講,一間用心設計+經營既fusion餐廳,結集左好多香港人鐘意既餐飲元素
,懷舊主題、咖啡設計、環境打卡、玩味性,而且價錢還是十分公道親民,容易讓人留下深刻印象餐廳,一次絕對唔夠試足晒其他菜式/飲品,已bookmarked之後要再來過一探究竟🤪
