見有飲食雜誌介紹一宝,講到係全香港數一數二最好食的天婦羅,不論幾多錢都一定去試吓。我選擇咗平日的午餐時間,因為冇咁多人容易訂枱。Tempura Omakase Lunch $1100+10% 一位價錢一啲都唔平期待有好味的嘢食令我感到比較滿足開心餐廳counter座位得八個日本廚師會耐心地一件一件天婦羅為每一位客人製作,他見到你食完一件就立即做令一件俾你食!他只是用一隻小小的鍋去製作,感覺幾特別。日本廚師識還少少英文,可以溝通溝通頭盤是魚生 味道不過不失還有沙律跟橋頭開胃開胃醬汁方面都係有檸檬、鹽、天婦羅豉油一系列天婦羅開始首先炸蝦頭,香脆一隻係普通天婦羅炸蝦,令一隻是包了芝麻葉接着兩粒白果銀杏,都幾香Sillago 魚,都幾滑番薯、舞菇、大大件魷魚魷魚係唔使用力咬都食到,應該師傅加工過蝦多士,本人不嬲都唔鍾意食,因為好多油炸櫻花蝦餅,櫻花蝦好香,但有啲油紫菜包海膽,好細件,如果大件啲會開心啲日本粟米、帶子,我覺得帶子生咗少少接着有紅豆餅,應該有糯米包住紅豆的天婦羅漬物,天婦羅餅飯,太多汁好似湯撈飯Miso 湯最後甜品是日本柿,綠茶紅豆雪糕食完整餐天婦羅omakase,非常之飽,但我覺

醬汁方面都係有檸檬、鹽、天婦羅豉油

一系列天婦羅開始
首先炸蝦頭,香脆
一隻係普通天婦羅炸蝦,令一隻是包了芝麻葉
接着兩粒白果銀杏,都幾香
Sillago 魚,都幾滑
番薯、舞菇、大大件魷魚
魷魚係唔使用力咬都食到,應該師傅加工過
蝦多士,本人不嬲都唔鍾意食,因為好多油
炸櫻花蝦餅,櫻花蝦好香,但有啲油
紫菜包海膽,好細件,如果大件啲會開心啲
日本粟米、帶子,我覺得帶子生咗少少
接着有紅豆餅,應該有糯米包住紅豆的天婦羅
漬物,天婦羅餅飯,太多汁好似湯撈飯

最後甜品是日本柿,綠茶紅豆雪糕

食完整餐天婦羅omakase,非常之飽,但我覺得天婦羅比較油膩,如果師傅做乾身啲會好好多。
食材一般,沒有驚喜!
千一蚊真係唔太值得!
但師傅跟服務員的服務態度都非常之好。
大概1小時多少少就食完,絕對比我想像中快!
