To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日見到人地推介呢間地道星馬泰餐廳嘅喇沙好好味，先發覺原來自己好耐冇食喇沙啦🙈之後夜晚就去鰂魚涌食呢間野，本身聽到個餐廳名覺得好似好普通，食完佢呢度嘅喇沙真係覺得佢值得比更多人知🌟！海鮮喇沙 $85有蝦、帶子、蟹棒同魚片頭等嘅配料，完全冇腥味同沙，十分新鮮👌🏻個湯係重點，好惹味濃郁嘅喇沙湯底🤩🤩而且好香椰汁加香料味道，仲要d麵索曬d汁，最後我飲曬d湯🥰-話梅豬軟骨煲 $98個汁酸酸甜甜好開胃啊😝而且個豬軟骨煲到勁淋，仲要索曬d汁，好入味！-巴東牛肋條 $98肉質好正，一層筋膜一層肉，唔會鞋，而且用足心機時間醃，好入味😋分量夠晒多，兩個人都夠食有得突🙈-燒豬頸肉 $48個豬頸肉唔算燒得好脆，感覺上相對健康，不過佢個汁真係好特別，係酸酸甜甜嘅柚子醬！第一次試呢個配搭，又真係好正😍
