To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch set😍套餐有齊1菜式+主食（白飯、菜飯或者加$轉擔擔麵)+時日飲品(自家製酸梅湯/蔗汁/豆漿）醉雞雞件色澤金黃，很鮮嫩入味，酒香味道醇厚，入口凍冰冰。配搭菜飯好夾。蒜香排骨炸至表面微微焦香，很香蒜香味，咬下去時外皮有脆感，味道濃郁，配搭味道香辣嘅擔擔麵。又帶有點花生香甜，很開胃。酸辣湯湯品味道酸中帶辣，讓人瞬間提神，清新又開胃。回鍋肉片狀五花肉油脂部分很嫩，搭配青蒜、紅椒，醬油鹹香與豆瓣醬微辣，香氣十足。
