當日誤打誤撞walk in到,環境全新日式新派裝潢,壽司吧檯位少有用上流線型設計,更見寬敞。今次點了$1280 lunch omakase,由前菜、茶碗蒸、刺身到壽司等共16貫,性價比不俗。先來前菜穴子苗(星鰻之幼魚)配上甜酸醋汁佢為開胃菜非常適合,口感Q彈,也不是常吃到。茶碗蒸不是平平無奇,用上松葉蟹肉及汁,細嫩之餘亦鮮甜。兵庫縣生蠔,看起來已經超級肥美,上半部鮮甜爽脆,下半部綿滑口感,而且海水味很重,蠔味澎湃,超正!火炙拖羅卷,用上蛇腹大拖羅,無筋之餘用高溫迫出魚油香,肥美之餘連同赤身入口,層次更豐富太刀魚亦做到外脆內juicy,確是正常處理手法壽司方面有白蝦、帆立貝、地金目鯛、鯖魚、北海道赤海膽、喜之次、拖羅太卷、鯖魚卷。魚料新鮮是基本,有些熟成後更覺風味,而且舍利溫度適中、師傅也準備了兩種醋飯以配合不同魚料配搭,這點很值得欣賞!!因為lunch omakase 大部分鮨店也會偷懶一飯走天涯的最後以熱湯及甜品(淡雪)完美結束😚—————————————————昶 (中環)中環皇后大道中139號The L Place22樓—————————————————⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀#hkf
