Restaurant: Communal Dining Hall (Student Canteen II)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃昏時間,下午茶賣得七七八八無咩選擇,但感覺上又未到要食一大碟碟頭飯。 舊can總是剩低燒味飯或咖喱飯,在唔知揀咩好嘅之際,只好嚟新can 尋尋覓覓。見有漢堡包選擇,幅相有幾好睇。咁就諗住博博運氣。有魚柳有雞有牛做餡嘅選擇,我好乖,攞住個盤問一問阿姐,最多人揀係邊樣野先。佢話最多人選擇係牛,然後就夾左一大舊漢堡拍落個包俾我,隨即加上薯條,隻包好大隻,$25真係幾抵。為咗令自己冇咁guilty , 我決定加了一杯迷你番茄同埋凍檸檬茶,多咗啲維他命C。老實講薯條確實香脆,大條有口感。但係咬落個包就出事啦,舊嘢又凍,又無味。最恐怖係個漢堡扒,明明我嗌係牛肉變咗山竹牛肉味,你知道嗎,山竹牛肉加茄汁係非常之恐怖嘅一件事。山竹牛肉應該有腐皮同埋有喼汁而且熱辣辣。我咬兩啖我真係忍唔住唔要,我抬頭望見「不要浪費食物」海報,更覺得於心有愧,但係又真係咬唔落
