To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平時少去這兒飲茶,但商場有一間酒樓停業。半價早茶價錢很吸引,點心紙上有多款新推點心;貪新鮮的我忍不住試了兩款,但有點中伏的感覺。蠔鼓細到差一點也見不到,一塊大小連四分一粒也沒有。廚師刀工非常了得,長度只有綠豆一般,比豆鼓還小。生菜失去了踪影,難道走葱等於走生菜?還是它是用生菜水煲粥?實物反映了味道,沒有蠔鼓味,早知食柴魚花生粥網上搜尋米卷,未曾見過糯米卷出現。這客點心應該叫恰蛋糯米卷叉燒包。如果一早知是糯米卷,一定不會點。一隻蛋,一件叉燒包和一件糯米卷一齊蒸,只會令蛋變得太老了。期望與現實的差距真是太大了在疫情下,飲茶搭枱太高風險了,與幾組不相識的人同枱用膳,中間沒有屏風或隔位而坐。如果有人確診又如何追蹤?雖然知客已提醒要久等一輪,鼓勵茶客搭枱;但我情願久等半小時,也選擇不搭枱。
