To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我和老公揀左restaurant week的dinner set,頭盤北海道帶子和脆鷄皮還算ok,但老實說只要帶子靚,試過自己整都會好味,老公揀左另一個烏魚頭盤,勁難食!主菜揀了鴨腿配紅酒意大利飯,鴨腿完全無味,意大利飯ok,公老揀左慢煮豬肉,豬肉完全無味,浄係靠D汁嘅味,仲差過食兩舊憢肉,甜品揀左南瓜芝士蛋糕配薑味雪糕,雪糕味道特別,而且幾滑,但芝士蛋糕完全食唔出南瓜味,最後叫左餐茶咖啡,成餐飯最ok。總之成個dinner set得頭盤帶子和杯咖啡ok,鴨無鴨味,豬冇豬味,用料唔夠好,烹調技巧非常一般,煮出嚟嘅嘢味道完全無層次,雖然每位$398唔算貴,但相信呢個價錢喺香港好多其他餐廳可以食到更高質、更好味的,真係唔知點解會成為restaurant week嘅贏家餐廳之一,非常失望嘅一餐,中左伏,強烈不推薦大家試呢間餐廳,唔清楚呢間餐廳開左幾耐,但如果食物一直都係呢個質素,而且位置較偏僻,純粹靠環境好,相信好快會執笠!
