To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ❌負評 ❌久違的中伏，呢間啲野食睇落幾靚，睇過食評普遍都唔錯。但竟然會豬有勁耐冇食到過既豬肉騷味，刺身蝦唔新鮮，肉質唔係彈牙既，一係就解凍得唔好，食完一隻都唔敢夾第二隻。蟹肉蟹膏意粉冇蟹味，牛舌韌到要自己切薄片，八爪薯仔啲薯仔超鹹，西班牙燴飯似西炒飯，酒冇酒味，apple crumble唔脆有麵粉味，得tacos最正常。另外，音樂開到鬼咁大聲，好難傾到計。推介呢間餐廳既Foodie真心覺得好食？定我唔識揀野食呢。。
