To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 極級負評!分開服務同食物去講:服務:1)頭盤極快上齊,放到張檯唔夠位;食完等勁耐先主菜2)用餐途中不斷幫我左右兩張檯換碟,我隻碟成堆骨同殼無人理,到真係換時叫我將骨同殼倒入waiter手上個盤度,之後都無換盤,可能我地又唔係外國人又唔係西裝友,因為隔離一檯係韓國人,一檯係西裝友。3)話明任食薯條,隔離左右自動有上薯條,上埋main course 我地都未有,問waiter佢話等埋main course 先上,我望一望呆一呆自己前面果碟叫咩🤣,最好笑隔離食沙律都有薯條,到食晒都無人幫我地加,又係果句:我地唔係外國人同西裝友,係要受下歧視!4)音樂勁到以為自己落左bar食物:1)龍蝦汁虎蝦海鮮意粉:我而家先發現龍蝦汁同水係一樣味,正!海鮮煮到橡膠咁,勁!意粉硬到想死,無極!2)西班牙乳豬:層皮食完印象深刻,咬唔斷的!為左唔好比人話吹水,附上單據一張!
