清明節假期,掃完墓後都夜了,所以沒時間煮飯,於是打個地方簡簡單單食個晚飯,去到火炭工業區已經七點,原本打算去津津食家,但所有枱都爆滿了,等位的人數又差不多有二、三十人,只好去旁邊的德記大排檔,結果......中伏了!當日點的菜式有四個,分別時金銀蛋浸燕菜、紅燒乳鴿、椒鹽鮮魷和羅漢齋豆腐。只能說紅燒乳鴿合格,新鮮炸起,外脆內嫩,仍保持小量肉汁。但是,金銀蛋浸燕菜的菜又老又有渣;椒鹽鮮魷炸漿厚鮮魷薄;羅漢齋豆腐猶如豆卜般乾身。原來,津津食家多人等位,是有原因的......
