To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時都唔係太相信網上食評，只係作為一個參考，覺得如果有咁多劣評，有時可能有人做假。但呢一間有咁多劣評，果然相當有參考價值。一間做點心嘅酒樓，連蝦餃燒賣都咁差，其他更加不用說。首先，蝦餃一上枱啲皮已經散開晒，而且好鹹，燒賣亦係一樣，入邊啲豬肉非常鬆散，而且亦都非常之鹹。鳳爪有雪味，叉燒包嘅餡好乾，叉燒又好硬。棉花雞啲雞肉食落去好似食塑膠咁，啲魚肚一樣非常之鹹。另外，埋單嘅時候，足足等左差唔多15分鐘，最後忍唔住自己走出去櫃檯。個職員態度十分差，仲話簽卡要等好耐㗎！
