To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公行完花墟，發現附近有一間叫紅橋嘅餐廳。中午時段，入面基本上都坐滿人，幸好都2位比到我地，見到餐牌58元一份蜜汁豬扒+蛋包飯，仲要買免收加一服務費，全場好多人都叫，肯定係人氣之選啦！仲叫左豚肉意粉，湯就叫左白湯和中湯各1。真係好抵食，塊豬扒都好大塊，白湯都好好飲，相對其他餐廳，係無咩味精，可惜奶茶同檸水唔夠熱，我見有經驗既客人都係後上。埋單係比現金唔收卡，我覺得都合理，下次行過會繼續幫襯，抵食推介
