To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排中午過左去海港城個邊既皇家太平洋酒店食lunch，course如圖可以揀兩款，或者三款，就唔同價錢咁。呢次我地揀左兩個course，計落好似抵啲，因為前菜同甜品都可以任食～前菜and沙律吧選擇都幾多，而且全部沙律菜都幾新鮮。火腿無記錯既話當日有四款，仲有烤雞，煙三文魚，同牛肉等等。煙三文魚同烤雞最好食～西式烤雞不嬲都唔會好滑，但佢呢到既雞肉唔會鞋口。牛肉都正常發揮。甜品款式都幾多，有唔同款既蛋糕同布甸，不過當日時間唔多，所以淨係食左一個牛奶布甸，牛奶味都頗濃郁。其他蛋糕都好想試當日餐廳唔算好多人，而且又有靚海景，如果時間足夠既話，呢到絕對會係一個好適合傾計既地方～

當日餐廳唔算好多人，而且又有靚海景，如果時間足夠既話，呢到絕對會係一個好適合傾計既地方～
