To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ritz-Carlton 出名 afternoon tea，但好少人留意原來也有沙律 lunch buffet，定價約 228 + 10% (ICC 工作可有 $198 discount)，由12時至2時供應，價錢算可以接受水平。這天是星期一，約 7 成滿，酒店很貼心的為我們一行 3 人安排了 windows sofa seats，落地玻璃面向維港，view 勁開陽。buffet 枱不大，分為三個區域：湯及麵包；沙律；及甜品。先說湯，是日是蘑菇湯，蘑菇湯由原粒蘑菇打成，很粗粒，沒下太多 cream，吃到蘑菇原味，讚！麵包方面有大約 5 至 6 款，包括相片中的餐包，但有片麥包等，聽說所有包都是酒店自家制，非常軟熟，但有一點失望是已凍了。一邊喝湯食包，一邊欣賞維港景色，真有君臨天下的感覺！沙律是自已到 salad bar 取料，所有菜是有機菜，約有 6 種，種類算多，非常新鮮，另外還有煎三文魚、蘑菇、粟米、薯仔等，取後可到中央找師傅幫忙伴，師傅可推介不同類型的醋及橄欖油，如少見的蘋果醋及紅酒醋，再加入 salt & pepper，伴後也罷放得靚靚，賞心悅目！靚 view，但當天有點煙霞，

 走到甜品區，居然發現有 Risotto，Risotto是芝士味的，放於 LC 煲中，能保溫，食少少已非常飽了：

 是日西式甜品是 Cheese cake，這個非常美味，芝士味濃但 texture 不會硬，好 soft，食一件也不會覺得好’流’。

 最後是餐飲，可叫咖啡、茶，但這天我點了薑檸水，非常可惜，這個薑檸水超級難飲，沒有薑味，檸檬味又像沙粉味，超難飲！
