To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未試過一間咁難食又服務差既酒樓,中午時間同朋友諗住傾下計食下飯,點知無啦啦有人走過來叫我拎起個袋,服務員先話全場要搭檯,要搭檯唔緊要可以入座時講明硬性規定一定要搭檯唔係我地坐低左先講😑我地2個人點了5樣食物,點了最愛既雷沙湯圓,來到時眼都突,綠豆粉是濕的,成粒野又濕又淋,極差!放左入口即想吐出!其他食物鳳爪,又乾又硬!腸粉皮厚過腳皮,唔叫都唔比豉油,豬手味道可以的但非常細小,只有腐皮卷尚算合格!另外服務員態度亦差,檯面上既野食完無人執,叫極都無人應😠唔怪得咁大間酒樓在中午12點幾時間入座都可以仲有好多吉檯,唉!整體來說,唔會再幫襯!
