To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在附近工作完,跟同事黎一齊飲茶,首先就係地點係大學入面黎講都叫方便,近住火車站行10分鐘就到,都算OK~而服務亦都唔錯,唔需要等位,斟茶斟水都算快手,值得一讚!食物方面不過不失,食左米網腸,叉燒腸、貴妃雞、干燒伊麵、蝦餃、糯米雞、野菌蕃茄雜菜煲、馬蹄糕,汁燒茄子簡單描述幾款較為深刻既食物:米網腸香脆得黎唔會好似油浸咁樣,可惜既係腸粉皮唔夠薄,而且米香唔太出,可以有多少少改善。不過新鮮炸起,夠熱夠脆唔油饐,已經合格有突!蝦餃,蝦都叫爽口有蝦味,當年呢口價錢你唔會期望係新鮮大蝦質素,不過難得地冇雪味,已經好唔錯啦!反而蝦餃皮整得唔錯,幾通透!貴妃雞,雞肉夠滑唔粗鞋,有分加! 食落都好香,值得有回頭! 可惜既係上碟既時侯碟底有一大擔類似水同雞油既混合,賣相變左咁冇好睇,而家D雞油會痴番上D雞肉到,令人感覺有少少Heavy。可以改進既係師傅斬好雞肉上碟前隔番一隔水同油,令雞件乾身番少少,唔會好似油浸咁樣,就90分啦! 可惜蔥油唔夠香,醬料選擇亦可以多花心機,咁就100分啦!野菌蕃茄雜菜煲,意外地好食,大份,清淡又健康,平衡番點心既油膩感,值得叫!
