To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次寫完食評唔知點解無post到,再寫過,不吐不快! 個幾星期前同前同事吃lunch, 我提議去我好耐無去過嘅一杯。以前係常客,set lunch很好味高質但轉工後就無去過。Set lunch menu轉了,我只好揀咗個G餐薄燒牛肉set. 一上餐見到牛肉碎片炒大碟牙菜日本菇一拼上碟,好失望! d牛肉薄片好碎濕濕肉少多筋我半過鐘後已經唔想食埋單😩....希望愈高失望愈大。朋友點鲭魚,佢話都ok但同以前比差好遠。啲食物質數同以前比真係差好遠。
