To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某晚同屋企人去左食正宗京菜,原本想試烤鴨既,但因為無預訂,就小試其他野食。因為少食京菜,除左北京烤鴨同北京水餃之外,基本上就唔太知京菜有咩出式既菜式,唯有盲點一啲試啦。津白豆腐湯 - 很大煲,味道ok, 有少少鮮味 - 3.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️漁香肉絲 - 嘩,乜北京菜中意啲甜甜酸酸既醬汁既?成個味有如外國唐人街既甜酸排骨既味,同粵菜既漁香味有天淵之別,中意食既就會中意食,不過我始終係南方人,食唔慣甜既炒肉絲 - 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️蒸雲絲卷 - 終於食到一樣食慣既菜,饅頭一絲絲,好好味 - 4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️上湯津白 - 嘩!我係咪去左日本既中華料理店?呢個明明係中華丼黎喎 !! 不論賣相同味道都好似! 亦解釋左我多年既疑惑:究竟日本人既中華丼係邊度學返黎架?!原來係北京菜! - 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️下次都係搵個熟悉京菜既朋友陪我點菜會好啲。又或者 … 食返北京明菜 - 填鴨算啦 😂
