Remember I tried 煎餅in 長沙in the Mainland and since then I always want to have another one. And finally I could take time to travel to Whampoa to try this provably the only 煎餅shop in Hong Kong. It’s a very small shop for takeouts only. Well, i’d say it is not necessary to add extra 薄脆and egg as now i feel i’m only eating the crisps 😅

The taste is good and very filling. Just Peking duck will be Peking duck …..😆😅🤣 in other words, it is not very special…. Probably it’d be better to have simple stuffings like hams, sausages, veggies, etc. but interestingly, the sausage option is always not available.
