To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田呢間由細食到大既雲桂香，真係由食小辣食到而家中大辣，今日又落街簡簡單單食返餐。雲桂米線$60（套餐）每次次都會叫呢個餐 因為覺得料多又唔使諗食乜真係好方便😂 真心推介個魚肉春卷 鮮竹龍蝦卷😎😎 因為配埋個辣真係好鬼正 如果唔食得辣就叫過返酸辣，因為係真真真spicy, 另外雲桂香既米線係硬身少少唔會太淋 配埋麻辣湯底好正 秘製豬頸肉$43叫個小食又係成日叫 份量將足之餘 中意佢有陣重重香茅味 好食又香口 👍🏻
