To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 喺嘢飲雪櫃隔離係醬料自助區,有基本嘅豉油、辣椒、芫荽、蔥、蒜蓉,火鍋豉油味道偏鹹。
特別一提唔係間間分店都有放題,新蒲崗、元朗、天水圍、砵蘭街、北角、深水埗、粉嶺分店先有,無放題就可能要單點烤魚、雞煲,而且間間價錢都會有小小唔同。

一上枱嗰時已經聞到好香嘅味道,湯底夠紅色非常吸引,色香味俱全佢已經做到前面兩樣。
爐方面佢係用一個方型鍋爐,至於條魚佢哋係用巴沙魚,魚係成條上,值得一讚嘅係條魚煎過嚟,煎過嘅魚肉就唔會四散,不過一開始食嗰時肉質會比較硬少少,只要煮耐啲煮到腍身啲就會好好食,魚肉食落新鮮,夠大條啖啖肉,肉質細膩滑口,魚皮煎過所以好香,我食到最尾都食唔到一條骨,不過朋友就食到有一條好細嘅骨,其實烤魚只要唔食到骨都已經冇咩好挑剔,$100絕對唔會期望佢會比條龍躉。
湯底有大辣、中辣、小辣、BB辣同唔辣,叫咗小辣,因為記得佢嘅酸辣粉都幾辣下,所以唔敢叫咁辣,但食落其實唔算好辣,鹹味適中,鹹香味同香辣味都食到,魚唔算好入味,建議唔好開太大火,因為就好易煮到冇晒湯要加水,第一次無水個時個湯會好濃,鹹辣味特別出,但其實我前後加咗三、四次水,但個湯依然都好夠味。
佢爐入邊嘅配料好豐富,有芫茜、洋蔥、辣椒、大豆芽、金菇,大豆芽會係哂底,一開始食唔到,洋蔥煮耐左好入味好腍好好食。
兩個人食呢個烤魚岩岩好,見佢6-10人先會有多一個烤魚或者叫其他款,我覺得3個或者以上可能會唔夠分條魚。

打邊爐嘅食材本身冇乜期望,因為百幾蚊我會覺得同沙角邨質素差唔多,唔會期望食材好新鮮而且好好食,食物種類大概有廿幾款任食配料。
肉類方面有肥牛同豬肉,肥牛食落會比較鞋同埋韌,反而豬肉好食過牛肉,唔韌係幾腍身,我諗係五花腩,肉仲有雞件、豬紅,不過我就冇攞嚟試。

丸類方面就正常,有時會食到雪藏味,有墨魚丸、龍蝦丸,要揀最好食可能係牛丸,應該係潮式牛丸,食落會有肉汁。
當晚覺得最好食嘅火鍋料,係有芝士嘅餸,有一個係芝士魚腐,encore得最多次,入邊嘅芝士夠多夠熱,魚腐食落夠腍,另外仲有芝士年糕食落都唔錯,不過呢啲芝士類煮完都係勁熱,食要小心啲。
有一個好似係魚片頭,食落入邊有餡但唔知食緊啲咩,個樣會同魚腐好似不過細舊啲。菜類有芋頭、唐生菜、芫荽、雲耳等,但因為食麻辣湯我就冇攞到菜食。魚皮餃比較細舊,肉唔算多。豆卜係切開一舊舊串上,不過煮完食落都係比較硬身。另外仲有燒賣、廚師腸、芝士腸、雞髀菇、蟹柳,正常水準。

麵類係最吸引,有最招牌嘅紅薯粉,係幼身薯粉,食落比起其他餸更入味,好索湯,吸收哂烤魚湯既精華,不過提醒一下一定要煮耐啲,煮到透明係唔夠,如果煮得唔夠食落係明顯同平時食唔夠煙韌,係會好腍身,但煮到夠耐就會夠煙韌好好食。另外仲有寬粉、拉麵。
整體來講火鍋材料都好足夠,唔會話俾人攞晒,Refill得夠快。

飲品都係自助式,出邊會有雪櫃寫住放題飲品,有正常嘅款式選擇,有柑桔、巨峰提子、道地綠茶、烏龍茶、百香果、鹹柑桔、雪梨海底椰同汽水,呢個價錢任飲來講已經唔錯。

呢個係餐牌新推出既開胃小食,店員有推介比我。
賣相好特別,粟米係切開一條條曲起,炸到好似魷魚鬚咁。佢係新鮮粟米,唔係罐頭粟米粒,食落鹹中帶甜,不過略嫌椒鹽落得有啲多,所以鹹味會比較重。
叫咗小辣食落少少辣,唔算真係好辣不過好開胃,粟米會比辣椒粉同香料包圍着,食落係好食既辣味,好香口,鍾意食辣嘅一定會好鍾意。要挑剔嘅就係粟米係連埋條芯,所以要自己咬返啲粟米出嚟,唔知直接將去變成粟米粒會唔會更好。

雞翼都係即叫即炸,所以上枱食個時係熱辣辣,雖然叫左小辣但係食起嚟係幾辣下,唔食得辣嘅人可能要叫BB辣。
雞翼咬落去會有小小肉汁,肉質算嫩滑,比起個烤魚佢仲要再辣啲。

🌟價錢來講真係冇嘢可以挑剔,$100仲可以打到邊爐嘅地方香港唔係好多,我會諗到沙角邨,但沙角邨位置太過偏僻,而且佢只會得一啲好似李錦記既湯包打邊爐,但呢度會有四種選擇,非常抵食。

打邊爐食物種類足夠多,水準就正常,芝士類既野食出色,肉類豬肉幾好食,最後唔小得薯粉。
除左放題,餐廳都貼潮流,有香港人好鍾意既麻辣雞煲、酸菜魚、水煮牛,如果唔想食咁HEAVY,都有吸引既小食、酸辣粉同二人餐,價錢平民,性價比高,下次會再黎食,同女朋友試佢個胡椒豬肚煲。
