To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食開下午茶都去稻香,今次轉下口味去下海王漁港.食開海王都係晚餐,都係第一次去食tea.下午茶時段幾多人等位,都等咗廿分鐘左右.好啦,坐低就嗌食物其實野食唔係嗌好多,所以相都唔係影好多,但有幾碟唔記得影相.咸菜胡椒豬肚湯既豬肚比想像中腍,易咬口,加d豆瓣醬落去仲惹味,如果d湯熱d會更好飲.至於辣唔辣,其實對於嗜辣既我黎講,唔算辣.不過飲完呢碗湯的確可以暖胃.馬拉糕大大個,好鬆軟同好香.沙薑豬手味道一般,可能平時食開沙薑雞,轉咗豬手味道麻麻.不過d肉都好腍既.雞扎d料都好多,蟹柳,火腿.....同樣地加d豆瓣醬落去食會好好味仲有一碟魚湯腐皮,自己至愛.湯頭鮮甜,料又豐富.值得一試其實仲有叫一碟炒麵,等到全部野黎齊哂,但碗麵遲遲都未出現後尾要自己去問經理先知原來碗麵已經賣哂,但完全無通知我地.就係呢點扣咗分.不過偶然轉下地方,試下其他野都好既.

其實野食唔係嗌好多,所以相都唔係影好多,但有幾碟唔記得影相.
