To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢晚行K11,行完想食中菜,發現附近有呢間。上到去先驚奇,門口好有中國特式,好有趣。第一樣諗起唔係食正餐,係好想食拔絲香蕉。傳統手工菜要好多程序,好難煮好麻煩,唔係度度有得食~ 不過甜嘢當然係後起,食飽先上枱。 個樣好fancy,喺金黃色脆脆糖衣上加上金糖絲,就好似一個皮膚白皙嘅肥女人著左件閃閃發光嘅長裙,仲戴左好多金光閃爍嘅首飾一樣。咬落去外脆內軟,仲好甜美🤤😋而正餐就食左北京片皮鴨。片皮鴨有半隻,好肥美厚肉,可以配蒸薄餅。但薄餅唔夠鴨多,所以每份薄餅可以包兩至三件鴨,再加青瓜同京蔥,再加好多好多烤鴨醬,大大份,填滿成個口 😂除左片皮鴨,另外嗌多份蒸餃,蕃茄蛋餡,幾特別。沾少少醋汁,鮮茄味更重~ 重點係唔肥膩,成為最適合女士嘅輕食,係中菜中實屬難得一見 ❣️
