To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和朋友們定期聚會,選了這家京菜館。它的裝修具京式風格,餐桌下有一個玻璃魚缸,十分有趣。 餐牌厚厚的,食物選擇甚多。 我們享用了以下食物: 蟹粉撈麵 ($138) 麵條腍身滑溜,把蟹粉淋上去,每一條都沾滿了蟹粉的顏色和味道。 魚香茄子 ($96) 很有鑊氣,茄子嫰滑多汁,好吃難停。 糖醋小排骨 ($118) 酸甜的糖醋味開胃醒神,肉質軟腍。 蕃茄炒菜花 ($88) 健康的蔬菜,蕃茄味道清甜,椰菜花爽脆。 白菜豬肉水餃 ($78 / 8隻) 外皮滑溜,一口咬下去醬汁即爆開,餡料充滿白菜和豬肉,很飽滿。 北京填鴨 ($228 / 半隻) 這裡的招牌菜之一,烤鴨排列整齊,每一件大小相近,外皮口感香脆,肉質軟腍多汁,配了麵粉皮、醬汁和青瓜一起吃,具傳統風味。 小籠包 ($78 / 6個) 每一隻脹卜卜,肉汁甜美,豬肉新鮮香滑。 高力豆沙 ($88 / 6個) 這甜品炸得金黃香脆,內裡紅豆蓉甜美動人。 這頓飯食物不錯,店員們親切友善。

今日五一黃金周星期六去咗北京人家食夜晚一行10人,叫了松子魚,片皮鴨,叉子燒餅加榨菜肉絲,鍋貼,小籠包,老家炒年糕,蔥爆羊肉等等。上菜前已經叫他慢慢上菜,但他都是用大陸式嘅上菜速度一嘢將十幾碟嘢一次過放晒喺張枱度,(其實當日個場都唔爆,七點幾仲有四五成枱都未full,我都唔知佢咁趕嚟做乜,好似叫我食快啲咁,但佢又冇客喎)其實小籠包嗰啲同片皮鴨一定要熱食囉,如果唔熱其實都唔會好食得去邊。但既然佢上咗嚟咁就算啦。仲有佢啲冷氣好凍,吹住成張枱啲餸,已經叫佢校細個冷氣,但都冇用,依餐飯啲餸好快就涼了…總之個片皮鴨食咗一兩塊之後經已凍晒,個片皮鴨啲皮又好快凍晒,隻鴨仲要收四百幾蚊添,我真係覺得喺街邊食嗰啲仲熱辣辣囉⋯⋯其實作為一個香港人我都好想喺香港消費,而家普遍嚟講香港嘅晚市只能做一輪,佢都唔serve得好少少,餐廳都維持咁嘅水準服務,真係好難怪香港人上大陸消費。 (真係無下次囉sorry)

上星期一喺尖沙咀行完街,比較夜嘅時間有啲肚餓,又諗起想食片皮鴨,所以就去咗K11附近搵片皮鴨食。不過,不知道是否夜了一點,去到嘅時候叫咗半隻片皮鴨,但係覺得肉質比之前吃的差了,水準好似下降咗…不知道是不是因為比較夜吃才會有此情況。唯一仍然喜歡這家店的,就是桌下那盆嚷着的金魚,這種唯美的感覺,也真是不錯!
