今日五一黃金周星期六去咗北京人家食夜晚一行10人,叫了松子魚,片皮鴨,叉子燒餅加榨菜肉絲,鍋貼,小籠包,老家炒年糕,蔥爆羊肉等等。上菜前已經叫他慢慢上菜,但他都是用大陸式嘅上菜速度一嘢將十幾碟嘢一次過放晒喺張枱度,(其實當日個場都唔爆,七點幾仲有四五成枱都未full,我都唔知佢咁趕嚟做乜,好似叫我食快啲咁,但佢又冇客喎)其實小籠包嗰啲同片皮鴨一定要熱食囉,如果唔熱其實都唔會好食得去邊。但既然佢上咗嚟咁就算啦。仲有佢啲冷氣好凍,吹住成張枱啲餸,已經叫佢校細個冷氣,但都冇用,依餐飯啲餸好快就涼了…總之個片皮鴨食咗一兩塊之後經已凍晒,個片皮鴨啲皮又好快凍晒,隻鴨仲要收四百幾蚊添,我真係覺得喺街邊食嗰啲仲熱辣辣囉⋯⋯其實作為一個香港人我都好想喺香港消費,而家普遍嚟講香港嘅晚市只能做一輪,佢都唔serve得好少少,餐廳都維持咁嘅水準服務,真係好難怪香港人上大陸消費。 (真係無下次囉sorry)

其實作為一個香港人我都好想喺香港消費,而家普遍嚟講香港嘅晚市只能做一輪,佢都唔serve得好少少,餐廳都維持咁嘅水準服務,真係好難怪香港人上大陸消費。 (真係無下次囉sorry)

上星期一喺尖沙咀行完街,比較夜嘅時間有啲肚餓,又諗起想食片皮鴨,所以就去咗K11附近搵片皮鴨食。不過,不知道是否夜了一點,去到嘅時候叫咗半隻片皮鴨,但係覺得肉質比之前吃的差了,水準好似下降咗…不知道是不是因為比較夜吃才會有此情況。唯一仍然喜歡這家店的,就是桌下那盆嚷着的金魚,這種唯美的感覺,也真是不錯!

年初四,約咗幾個朋友出嚟團拜,去咗河內道嘅北京老家度食。新年驚人多,所以過年前就已經打電話嚟訂枱,所以一上到嚟就有枱。一出電梯就好似去咗北京咁,裝修古色古香。有啲枱嘅枱面下面養咗一盤金魚,一路食一路望住啲魚游水都幾得意。講返叫餸,過年有啲套餐,我哋叫咗個二人餐然後再加餸。套餐有雞絲粉皮拼海蜇手拍青瓜,酸辣湯,糖醋魚片同干焗四季豆,仲有兩粒小籠包,唔知係咪肚餓,所以呢幾樣餸都好好食。之後加咗蔥爆羊肉,北京爆炒麵同埋麻辣肚絲,呢三碟質素就比較差啲。見差唔多飽,就叫咗個高力豆沙做甜品,呢個高力豆沙都係麻麻地,因為啲蛋白好實。整體嚟講比我預期中差,未必會再嚟食。

呢個比想像中更有驚喜,茄子切片後釀入一層薄薄既豬肉,再攞去炸,最後係上面灑番少少椒鹽。食落去既時間,首先感覺到炸皮既香脆口感,茄子仲係水份十足,加上剛剛熟既豬肉層,好特別既食法。

今日訂了兩圍枱與家人午餐,訂房要先交訂金5百元,這可理解,訂了兩席$4380套餐,問轉叫化雞,職員話每隻要另加$280,因是街市的新鮮雞,肉質不會"鞋",但要預訂,聽後心思思,之後又訂了。星期日又是除夕日,整個餐廳只有我這兩圍枱人及大堂只有一圍枱2人,非常清静,有3位服務員,但席間需要服務要出房找服務員。人齊叫上菜,一開始就好快來了5道菜,我要叫停,我提出菜會好快變凍就難食,到了差不多2點半,服務員叫埋单,2點45分執枱,話3點要下班。套餐看似好豐富,但食物質素非常差,叫化雞無味兼肉質似雪藏雞,北京填鴨肉質乾,毫無甘香滋味,排骨和牛骨似棉花肉,刀削麵没有彈牙口感,個湯無料似豆粉糊,整個套餐較好的只有瑶柱扒時疏和拔絲蘋果,食完這餐就明白假日中午只得三枱客的原因,我不來就只有一枱,食物配不上餐廳環境。

一間系香港都好耐歷史相當老字號既中菜館一入去,由招牌,木門,牆壁,同枱櫈都好古色古香好有中國味道而最特別系佢會有啲枱中間有養金魚望住食飯,好鬼過引依到系一間好適合聚會傾計既地方一開波就叫左啲酒,飲到忘左型同兩個前菜送下酒-京城豬皮凍,彈牙又好滑-爽口小木耳,啲醬汁幾清爽之後就開始主題熱食-香辣雞丁,炒得好香,唔算好辣-京燒羊肉,外層脆,內層有咬口,又有啲滑滑既油脂跟住系賣飛佛既-小籠包,雖然皮唔算好薄,但好好咁包住啲湯汁同肉餡最後就系主菜-北京填鴨,皮好脆,肉量多半只都份量幾多,要叫多set鴨餅
