晚上嚟左呢間酒樓食,呢到嘅點心都幾出名,師傅係米芝蓮酒店做過,手作點心即點即做,不過今晚就點中式晚餐為主。前菜叫左海蜇、熏蹄、同叉燒。海蜇大條得嚟又幾爽身,一細碟分量都幾多。熏蹄切得厚薄適中,點醋食最啱。叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質幾鬆,醬汁多,偏甜。西湖牛肉羹叫左兩碗,羹底幾清甜,啲芫茜幾香,食完個羹幾暖胃。另外叫左西檸炸斑球,呢到嘅西檸汁會另上,咁就keep到斑球嘅脆度。斑球似斑塊多啲,炸皮幾薄,魚塊幾香脆。再叫左潤腸帶子扒豆苗,帶子同潤腸切左碎粒上,幾啱送飯食。最後嚟多碗綠豆沙,好味。
