一貫中式齋鋪嘅格局,或者可以話偏向優雅嘅傳統素食館。今日同婆婆慶祝生日,嚟到生平好少踏足嘅半山區。雖然唔係地鐵會到嘅地方,但比想像中方便,一家四口係金鐘搭的士,只需24蚊,錶都唔洗跳。介紹幾味印象深刻嘅菜式先,蟲草花萵筍浸鮮竹,呢幾樣都係我最鍾意嘅材料,煮出嚟好清甜,但一啲都唔淡,食到停唔到,最後連湯都飲埋!石鍋胡椒焗白菌,本身幻想係芝士白汁,可能被焗呢個字誤導咗,真身係好似上圖咁。唔好見佢清清地,其實非常香口,胡椒味好重,怕辣嘅唔好叫。原隻榆耳,心齋招牌(?)。我係出面無見過,睇餐牌介紹係一種好珍貴嘅菌類,食落爽口有酸味,有少少似食爽嘅黃耳?唔識形容,未食過我推薦叫嚟試下,一碟只係手掌咁大,唔怕食唔哂浪費。總結,呢度嘅菜式比起外面食嘅齋淡,唔會食完口乾,但又唔會好似粗茶淡飯咁食而無味,係素食市場的中間路線。

石鍋胡椒焗白菌,本身幻想係芝士白汁,可能被焗呢個字誤導咗,真身係好似上圖咁。唔好見佢清清地,其實非常香口,胡椒味好重,怕辣嘅唔好叫。

原隻榆耳,心齋招牌(?)。我係出面無見過,睇餐牌介紹係一種好珍貴嘅菌類,食落爽口有酸味,有少少似食爽嘅黃耳?唔識形容,未食過我推薦叫嚟試下,一碟只係手掌咁大,唔怕食唔哂浪費。


總結,呢度嘅菜式比起外面食嘅齋淡,唔會食完口乾,但又唔會好似粗茶淡飯咁食而無味,係素食市場的中間路線。
