西塔老太太,在全國都有好多唔同分店,佢哋擺枱嘅餐紙上面有寫,香港都有一間,在尖東Signature 既噴水池邊上,係地面鋪。可能係咁嘅原因,今日星期日,都好多人排隊,所以吸引左我地行過去睇下食咩,排下排下好快就到了。坐低都聞到隔離各枱香氣撲鼻嘅燒肉味,order左之後好快店員就擺滿左一台食物,除了有醃好既生肉,有冷盤前菜、泡菜蘿蔔絲、醃青瓜,呢d泡菜等小食可以無限添置,餐廳還有提供雜菜沙律 & 同埋包住肉一齊食嘅生菜片,我們之後就咁包住燒肉黎食。先飲牛肉海帶湯,之後就開始我地今餐的燒烤,呢個係特色鮮烤元貝(兩隻),之後放入個金屬既container 裝住,可以保持到海鮮的精華,煮左一陣就食得。今餐燒肉比較特別的是香翁鳳梨牛排,因為真係第一次咁既配搭去燒,牛排厚度適中,for 燒肉剛剛好,燒過嘅菠蘿🍍蒸發咗啲水份,剩番多d糖粉都幾好味。而醃過既牛肉片燒起上黎好多汁,睇呢張相就見到肉汁既光咁,牛肉用調料腌製過,可以令到啲肉完全入味,而佢哋用原始泥爐烤肉(睇過佢用既泥爐燒,都係比較古法烤肉)與韓式嘅烤肉相結合,效果出黎就比較特別嘅中式韓國烤肉咁,食果時仲可以連埋芝麻醬一齊。香港普遍黎講係少有

香港普遍黎講係少有用泥爐呢種烤肉,食過今餐之後我都想揾下仲有無咩餐廳都係用泥爐烤肉🤔
