Restaurant: 品御軒

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「品御軒」位於中文大學崇基學院,是供教職員聯誼的中餐廳。當天享用了午宴套餐,總共有十道菜式,每碟分量十足,味道也不錯。其中,我特別喜歡醬燒自家製豆腐、黑松露燒賣和桂花杞子糕。醬燒自家製豆腐外觀上,這豆腐並不白色,而是灰灰色的,一口吃下去,味道鹹香,豆香味跟平時的豆腐有點不同,再多嚐幾口才發覺應該係黑豆做嘅豆腐,豆腐先煎香外層,再加上醬汁燒製。黑松露燒賣燒賣大大粒,豬肉彈牙,面頭加上矜貴嘅黑松露,味道濃厚香甜。桂花杞子糕是日精美甜品係桂花榚,材料十足,桂花杞子密度高,大菜絲分量適中,用筷子成件夾起或拮落去再拎起都得,一口咬落去,滿滿的桂花杞子香味,食得方便味道又唔錯。

醬燒自家製豆腐
外觀上,這豆腐並不白色,而是灰灰色的,一口吃下去,味道鹹香,豆香味跟平時的豆腐有點不同,再多嚐幾口才發覺應該係黑豆做嘅豆腐,豆腐先煎香外層,再加上醬汁燒製。


黑松露燒賣
燒賣大大粒,豬肉彈牙,面頭加上矜貴嘅黑松露,味道濃厚香甜。


桂花杞子糕
是日精美甜品係桂花榚,材料十足,桂花杞子密度高,大菜絲分量適中,用筷子成件夾起或拮落去再拎起都得,一口咬落去,滿滿的桂花杞子香味,食得方便味道又唔錯。
