To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記憶中, 都有10年8年冇去過創發食飯. 入到去~ 發現裝修鰦 牆身, 明顯地係光猛鰦 . 每張吉䒷 都放有2碟中碟size小食(菜圃條+灰色乾魚)+2碟細碟size小食(菜圃粒+泡菜)+1碟豆瓣醬, total = 5碟$15/碟. 離晒譜, 未叫野一坐低就收$82.5(加一).同佢講唔要, 咁佢會拎走2碟中size 的. 再話唔要個3碟, 佢就話, 當俾伙計小費都要啦. 頂呀!! 意思即係你要唔偠佢都會收錢啦... 個伙計叔叔, 服務態度真係獎. 食到7-8成, 佢過來睇到個3碟野冇乜攪過, 就問d醬洗唔洗打包. 嘩!!真係頂頂頂呀~ 真係頒個<全九龍城服務態度最差勁大獎>俾佢.哈~ 佢都夠膽死囉! 打算以一敵五~我媽媽立即話, "e...裝修來呀, 近期裝o架??"伙計叔叔話, "係呀, 早2個月囉"媽媽話, "乃左o野個時順便整o架??!!"伙計叔叔面色如死灰地話, "冇, 乜o野乃o野.... 不能不讚, 佢個咸菜胡椒豬肚湯+石榴雞, 都仲係保持一貫水準.
打冷豉油蝦$120-->乾, 唔好食.
炒蟶子$80-->爽的, 好食.
菜圃粒+泡菜$30 --> 超難食.
