Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點心上,最值得推薦是那雞軟骨燒賣,有咬口之餘中間帶點微微的麻椒味很惹味。山楂叉燒脆雲吞滿有特色。木魚花蘿蔔糕以日式方法處理,有點像吃大阪燒。胡椒雞湯小籠包的上湯調味很突出。水晶蝦餃相對下則顯得較平實。

甜點質素令人眼前一亮!大推奶皇流心加脆脆皮的流心紫薯球,吃時要小心被熱到。茉莉花茶凍也超讚,茉莉茶味十足!
