To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前到過對面的Cantina吃意大利菜,由於口味不是太習慣,所以這次和媽媽到同集團的中菜廳吃unlimited 點心brunch。餐廳環境優雅貴氣,我們叫了壺桂花鐵觀音。首先上的是任吃頭盤,不用自己畫紙,一入座會先上一輪給我們。🍄青芥醬凍蹄,口感呈果凍狀,QQ的🍄黑松露響鈴🍄韭菜拌鮮竹,薄薄的🍄醬蘿蔔,解膩神器,在後面發揮重大的作用😅😅由於今天的組合是兩名女士,肚腩有限,任食點心方面我們的策略是先叫了有特色的點心🤣🍄蜜汁叉燒腸,因為肚餓,所以先點它。豉油甜甜的,配搭之下份外好吃🍄胡椒雞湯小籠包,裏面全是熱湯,正😋🍄翡翠蘿蔔鮮蝦餃🍄黑松露素菜粿然後又陸續試了共享的菜式🍄雞米花雪燕羹,非常足料,一碗下肚便飽了7成😟🍄紅燒蘿蔔和牛坑腩,偏鹹🍄雞軟骨燒賣這個時候主菜到了🍄魚香腩肉豆腐,只有幾塊,見隔籬枱叫了沙薑手撕雞,似乎很精美,有點後悔沒有叫到🥲🥲🍄媽咪叫的原隻花膠筒,對比我的主菜,瞬間感覺這菜高級很多之後我們又叫了一些點心🍄山楂叉燒脆雲吞🍄炸茄子🍄還有送的和牛啤梨其實菜單上還有冬菇包、糯米卷、淮山麵等我們沒有吃到,因為肚腩真的就裝不下,要留肚吃甜品了🍮🍄茉莉花茶凍🍄流心紫薯球🍄椰奶藍冰粉🍄千層糕吃完好飽,但甚滿足😌 continue reading
