星期日同朋友行過中環 見到竟然都有set lunch ($158 - 2 courses ; $178 - 3 courses) 價錢都幾合理 所以就入左去試下seared sea bass with roasted potato, asparagus and parsley sauce平時啲sea bass都比較薄身 呢塊就相對厚啲🐟魚皮煎得好香好脆 而魚肉就好滑 都幾推介呢個mainsteak fries (200g) (+$28) shoestiring fries, bearnaise, coleslaw 朋友就加左$28要牛排 牛排肉質都唔錯 不過bearnaise sauce嘅味道就比較重同埋濃郁 所以有啲搶左牛排本來嘅味道

平時啲sea bass都比較薄身 呢塊就相對厚啲🐟
魚皮煎得好香好脆 而魚肉就好滑 都幾推介呢個main

steak fries (200g) (+$28) shoestiring fries, bearnaise, coleslaw
朋友就加左$28要牛排 牛排肉質都唔錯 不過bearnaise sauce嘅味道就比較重同埋濃郁 所以有啲搶左牛排本來嘅味道
