To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環平民價日本菜

今日同個朋友去食開年飯，中環的正常價位日本菜。入到去好多人，同埋燈光好黑。我地叫左刺身7點，澳洲和牛烏冬定食，同埋雞肉定食。個刺身真係好高質，新鮮，岩晒中意食生野的朋友，而且好大舊肉。兩個定食都好豐富，有前菜，豆腐，生菜，麵豉湯。個雞肉定食，舊雞肉燒得岩岩好，好香，甜甜地，唔會太韌。呢間餐廳係中環黎講唔算貴，正常價錢，而且絕對食到好飽。我自己平時好少有機會食刺身，呢餐好滿足，大啖大啖肉，配上獨特的醬汁，好難忘。
