餐廳做到日本居酒屋嘅氛圍,侍應態度好,燈光都啱啱好。我同朋友happy hour嘢飲有買一送一,幾鍾意佢哋嘅梅酒同柚子酒,Menu好多選擇,樣樣都想試,叫左火炙燒呑拿魚,會現場燒比你幾得意,再加日本生蛋,和牛三文治都幾好食。另外叫咗個薯仔流心蛋,呢個都好食。刺身同壽司反而有d失望,唔係太新鮮,吞拿魚有少少腥,好一般。大約九點會有師傅表演燒魚,然後會請大家試食,味道都ok既,氣氛非常不錯,在場都有好多日本人黎食嘢。

一坐低就點咗個Sando,見到佢上嚟嘅時候,個樣靚得嚟又明亮,簡直係相機食先📸!兩層炭燒牛奶麵包之間,夾住嘅牛肉仲輕輕地冒煙,熱辣辣嘅。喺我夾起第一啖嗰刻,我已經感受到Wagyu嘅柔軟。咬落去,麵包嘅脆皮同肉汁交織一齊,真係非常滿足😋。

Wagyu牛肉喺口裡面慢慢溶化,簡直係融入我每條味蕾。秘製嘅喼汁令牛肉嘅滋味昇華,鹹鮮得嚟唔過火,真係谷得好味。呢啲感覺用普通嘅文字去形容都唔夠嘅,只有一試,你先知有幾正!
