To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳位於中環大廈高層位置，裝修以和風為主，可以望到維港靚景，叫咗個嚐味盛宴套餐，份量都好夠多 👇🏻味付三品魚子醬配漬瓜：黑魚子配酸蘿蔔，入口酸酸地好開胃炙燒和牛伴蓮藕：頂層係和牛，蓮藕包住金菇，食落口感豐富茄子三文魚芝士卷：面層係三文魚子，茄子🍆包住芝士🧀️一齊食，感覺幾特別炸松葉蟹棒沙律碟邊係菠菜醬，蟹棒炸到外層香酥，肉質鮮甜，沙律有哈密瓜🍈、青瓜片🥒、蘿蔔絲、紫薯➕蕃茄仔刺身、壽司盛合🈶拖羅壽司、燒左口魚壽司、深海池魚刺身、帶子、蝦刺身，每件都好鮮甜美味四式天婦羅有蟹鉗、大蝦🍤、菇➕魚，件件都熱辣辣，美味可口金目鯛立鱗燒香脆又唔會油膩嘅炸魚鱗，連埋香滑嘅魚肉點上黑松露醬一齊食，非常香口宮崎A4和牛陶板燒黑椒和牛🉑以根據自己喜好嘅生熟程度去燒，牛味香濃，點上酸汁食可消除油膩感蕎麥湯麵湯麵比想像中大碗，口感十分彈牙龍蝦湯磯煮鮑魚用冰糖煮過嘅蘿蔔配上炆咗八至九個鐘嘅鮑魚，真係好好味😋底層係濃郁嘅龍蝦湯日本芝士蛋糕份量十足，有一整件芝士蛋糕，入口香甜滑溜
