初嚐LKF Group旗下餐廳,同屋企人一齊「落坊」食個brunch🤣 Expect係精緻ver.放題,環境裝修唔錯,坐得闊落舒服🙂‍↕️·前菜包括各款刺身、甲羅燒同磯煮鮑魚,限每人一份。刺身表現不俗,食得出新鮮嘅,唯帶子一開二片薄咗,失去咗口感,五人份一次過上枱好澎湃好適合打卡甲羅燒同平時唔同,蟹膏量較少,但配上蟹肉都食到鮮味。底層係打發嘅蛋白,但剛上菜就已經有啲出水,仲要係涼,個人就食唔明呢道菜😕龍蝦湯磯煮鮑魚好食😋湯濃郁、鮑魚軟淰·其後會上一轉天婦羅,全部都新鮮炸起熱辣辣,食材本身唔錯,不過每樣都似乎overcook咗少少·爐端燒同樣即叫即燒,最impressive係宮崎和牛西冷串,滿滿嘅油脂香,鹿兒島和牛肉眼串油份明更豐富,食一串已經夠晒🤫·主食每一人份,銀鱈魚西京燒較甜,肉質細嫩;鹿兒島肉眼扒雖然薄身,但唔影響軟淰肉質;蒜香松露焗龍蝦擺盤精緻;調味恰當但稍微過熟😗·整體表現唔錯,食材新鮮,熱辣辣嘅爐端燒同天婦羅好食,鍾意食和牛嘅可以encore串燒(但首先要經過一輪前菜同其他食物洗禮🫢),但食物款式較少,有唔少都出現overcooked嘅情況。每位正價$588,雖然官網有第二位半價優惠,但未必值呢個價🤫 continue reading

一直食的brunch 都是西餐自助形式的,今次朋友話想食Kyoto Joe 日式的brunch,我當然無問題,因為最鍾意就係食brunch~一黎到餐廳就覺得好日系,完全感受到日本的風情,這裏的早午餐是是半放題形式,每人可選一個主菜,另有小食、前菜、刺身、卷物、天婦羅、爐端燒及甜品,而且唔使自己出去攞食物,安坐座位上就可以食,好舒適~Weekend Brunch ($588/人+10%)🌟小食及沙律先來小食作開胃菜,包括醃漬青蘿蔔配魚子醬、泡菜醬八爪魚沙律、鰻魚醋物、及日本水雲菜,都是微酸的開胃前菜,增加你的食慾。🌟刺身 超豐盛的刺身盛,有7款刺身,2人份量都非常充足,每款刺身都非常新鮮,好鮮甜。大推象拔蚌刺身,鮮甜爽脆,好好食,另外帆立貝及甜蝦都好鮮味,其餘的長尾鯛、油甘魚、三文魚及吞拿都新鮮肥美,食完都飽咗一半 🌟前菜: 再來是熱前菜,包括蟹肉甲羅燒及龍蝦湯磯煮鮑魚。蟹肉甲羅燒是這裏的Signature dish,滿滿的蟹肉,再加上蛋白,做得輕盈不膩,正! 另外有一個是龍蝦湯磯煮鮑魚,濃郁的龍蝦湯配上彈牙鮑魚,好味,連底下的蘿蔔都好清甜 以下的卷物、天婦羅及爐端燒全部都即叫即整,新鮮熱辣上枱,而且仲要無限供應!我地全部都試咗一轉,之後再按喜好後加🌟卷物: 總共有2款卷物,分別是香蔥金槍魚腩卷、神戶和牛舞茸卷及墨西哥卷,3個卷物都很不錯,特別是香蔥金槍魚腩卷,果然是招牌菜,油香肥美;另外最意外是墨西哥卷,內裏是簡單的cream cheese、墨西哥辣椒及牛油果,但出奇地夾,辣辣地令幾開胃,再加上cream cheese,好食到會再encore 🌟天婦羅 天婦羅的種類都算多樣化,包括有炸蝦、炸蟹鉗、炸紫銀雪魚、牛柳及舞茸菇,因為是即叫即炸,所以上枱時非常的熱,正;這裏的天婦羅炸得香脆不油膩,不錯,最喜歡炸蝦,大隻又爽口彈牙🌟爐端燒 再來是爐端燒,包括有宮崎和牛西冷、鹿兒島和牛肉眼串、北海道豚肉腸、鹽燒鱈魚串、日本風螺串、河鰻、秋葵及日本蒜頭,宮崎和牛西冷脂肪豐富,所以入口軟淋好味,鰻魚都肥美好食,另外秋葵都燒得入味juicy,而日本風螺及日本蒜頭就好特別,啱晒重口味人士~ 🌟主菜: 講咗咁耐,而家先到主菜部份 主菜是四選一,我地就分別揀咗鹿兒島A4和牛肉眼牛扒及蒜香松露焗龍蝦。先吃蒜香松露焗龍蝦,龍蝦肉已經拆肉,啖啖肉食落好方便,龍蝦肉質彈牙,加上蒜香松露醬就更惹味。 肉鹿兒島A4和牛肉眼牛扒,加咗隻半生熟蛋,大加份,已經軟淋入味的牛扒再醮上蛋汁,更加惹味。 🌟精選甜品 最尾還有精選甜品拼盤,主要是生果,有助消膩,包括有西瓜,蜜瓜及火龍果,另外還有捲蛋,紅豆蕨餅等,美滿的一個早午餐🌟Mocktails: Yuzu sunrise surprise continue reading
