由於之前食過中環間周月,發現左邊有間座銀,於是行過去望一望決定要來試一試平時食拉麵都係食開豬骨或者蝦湯見到有雞湯底,緊係要來試一試雞白湯濃又鮮甜,飲落十分順滑忍唔住想飲曬佢湯表面打發成cappuccino泡沫狀,口感綿滑,麵條十分掛湯,唔會有油膩感,拉麵彈牙有咬口,豬肉雞肉偏瘦,配有炸金黃色嘅牛蒡,有咬口,唔會油沾麵比拉麵貴$10餐牌寫沾麵個湯底比湯拉麵更加濃,所以就各叫一款試吓個分別湯底入邊有雞肉同埋啲筍熱湯配凍麵一冷一熱 令麵條咬落更口感 ,同埋沾麵個麵本身較拉麵粗身同彈牙d表面炸得好脆,但皮唔會過厚放落口仲係熱辣辣應該係即叫即炸雞肉嫩滑有雞味
